Privacy policy

Short version: no cookies, no advertising trackers, no accounts. We count page views, tool use and clicks on store links in a way that does not identify you.

What we record

• When a page loads: the page address, the general kind of site that sent you (for example "a search engine", "an AI assistant" or "direct"), any test version of the page you saw, your country (from our hosting provider), and whether you're on a phone or a computer.
• When you use a calculator or filter: the name of the tool and the action (for example "calculated"), but not the numbers you typed.
• When you click a link to a store: the same fields as above, plus which product link you clicked. We give the click a random code so that, if the store reports a sale, we can tell which page led to it. That code isn't linked to you.

Turning counting off

We automatically respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. You can also switch counting off on this device. We remember that choice in your browser's storage, and we never send it to us.

What we never record

We don't record your IP address, set cookies, store identifiers on your device, build profiles, or sell or share data with advertisers. The calculators run in your browser, and what you type into them is not sent to us.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses for a short time under its own privacy policy.

Stores and affiliate networks

When you leave our site for a store, that store and its affiliate network may use cookies to credit the sale to us. Their privacy policies apply there.

When a network reports a sale to us, we keep its date, which program and product link it came from, the sale and commission amounts and their currency, its status, the network's transaction number and our random click code. We keep no name, email address or other details of the buyer.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and your email address only to reply to you.
