Fine print
- Payroll: Contractor payments are the 'US-Based Contractors' add-on at $8/month per paid contractor, billed only in months you pay them. They're priced into perUnit.contractor here. Part-time employees are also $8/month. 'Basic Timecards' are included. Advanced time tracking is the $8/employee add-on. The health-insurance add-on is billed per benefits-eligible employee. 'Access to Workers’ Comp' is checked for this plan (pay-as-you-go not stated). Any company size can use Payroll.
- PEO Basic: PEO (co-employment). Requires at least two W-2 employees. Workers' comp coverage is required for PEO ("Access to Workers’ Comp (Required for PEO)"); the premium isn't priced on the page. Part-time employees are billed $79 each. Includes 24/7 support and Standard HR Consulting. Medical/dental/vision access and health insurance administration are NOT included (PEO Plus only). 401(k) is included. Contractors are the $8/paid-contractor add-on. The FAQ says PEO pricing 'starts at' $79.
- PEO Plus: PEO (co-employment). Requires at least two W-2 employees. Workers' comp is required for PEO; the premium isn't priced on the page. Adds medical, dental and vision administration ("Health Insurance Administration", "COBRA Administration"), HSA/FSA, mental health and fertility benefits. Insurance premiums are separate. The FAQ says pricing 'starts at' $124.
